International Women’s Day Activity

March 8 is a day when we must pause to reflect and recognize all those women who have managed to earn a place in different industries. Engineering and innovation is no exception. At Metaproject we have promoted different initiatives aimed at opening spaces for female participation, such as gender quotas, recruitment tools, promotion and retention of women in the industry, achieving a staffing that exceeds 41%, much higher than the 13% of the industry .
